Susan never fails
to bring a finished quilt top for Saturday Sampler Show and Tell. We all need
to learn her secret for finishing projects!
Lori used her
Saturday Sampler blocks from last year and combined them with House blocks to
make a quilt for her son when he got married. For the label on the back of the
quilt she made a large house and included a picture of her son and his wife in
the windows, the wedding announcement for the door, and a “Marietta” block from
Olde America Antiques vintage postcard designs on the roof since the newlyweds
are living here in Marietta. Such a cute idea!
