More Show and Tell - hexies, Sharpie creativity and Wool applique flowers

It's such fun to see the diversity in style and projects of the gals attending the Silver Thimble Summer Stitch-In. Besides working on the popular Lucy Boston quilt, Sarah has been stitching flower garden blocks from her stash of Kaffe Fassett fabrics. She had  a shopping bag full... These are a few... She's using assorted colors of big dot fabrics for the centers! Don't you love them!

We also enjoyed seeing Sarah's multi plug. She got it at Bed Bath & Beyond and decided to embellish it with markers! Don't miss her home made cinnamon rolls brought to the Stitch In by one of the gals.

Sarah loves all types of fabric. She also just finished "Petals & Pennies" by Primitive Gatherings. It's wool for the flowers and te 'pennies' appliqués on black flannel.
